I understand that a 50% non-refundable boarding deposit is required when I make a boarding reservation for New Year's, Christmas, Thanksgiving, and the 4th of July at Dog Ranch Resort or Dog Ranch Too. The deposit will only be applied to that specific Holiday reservation and may not go toward future services or other reservation dates. I understand that a deposit will be required for the 4 days before, during, and after that holiday. I understand that if any day of my reservation falls within the 4-day period I will be required to make a deposit.
I understand that I have 10 days prior to a holiday reservation to cancel. I will not receive a refund if I cancel within the 10-day period prior to peak holiday season dates.
(Ie, if your reservation is 12/20- 12/26. The absolute last day you may cancel is 12/10. 12/11 you will not receive your money back.)
